Anticipation of the Annual Instructor's retreat had been building up for several weeks. With much of our lives getting more stressful and with time becoming even more precious for many, a week away in a remote location provided many with the opportunity to immerse ourselves in a completely different environment doing what we enjoyed most. With the many people having been regulars for that last few weeks retreats, we were also looking forward to seeing our friends again and catching up with events over the year.

The theme of this years retreat  was “Tun” (or togetherness in the right proportion) with the emphasis looking at "Simplicity and Less is more".

 One of the most noticeable things about this years retreat was the overriding sense of family. A sense of moving together in the same direction and a genuine sense of working together for both sides benefit could be felt. Here are a few reflections from the retreat...
